Education Qualification:
Candidate should have passed 2 years basis female health training certificates by nursing and midwife council Lucknow or its equivalent qualification from any recognized University/Institution.
Age Criteria:
Candidate’s age must be between 18 years to 40 years as on 1st July 2016, the upper age limit will be relaxed by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD candidates as per Government rules.
Selection Procedure
Candidate will be shortlisted on the basis of their Online Exam and Interview.
Salary and Grade Pay
Candidates get the salary of Rs. 5200 – 20200/- + GP Rs 2000/- per month.

Candidates who belongs to General and OBC Categories has to pay Rs. 100/- for application fee and for SC/ST/PWD candidate has to pay Rs. 50/- only, which can be submitted though DD in favour “Mahanideshak Parivar Kalyan Vibhag Uttar Pradesh Lucknow”.
